isStandard -- checks if a Young tableau is standard

Usage:

isStandard T
Inputs:
- T, an instance of the type YoungTableau, a Young tableau.
Outputs:
- b, a Boolean value, returns true if the tableau is standard, and false otherwise.

Description

A standard Young tableau (SYT) has entries in $\N=\{1,2,3,\ldots,N\}$ where $N$ is the number of boxes, and the rows are columns are strictly increasing. Here, we also require $\lambda$ to have nonnegative parts, and inner shape $\mu=0$.
